Many other foods can give the same nutrients and the same pleasure meat can, without allowing harm to come to any animals. Giving up meat will not only help the quality of life in animals, but it will also help the quality of life in humans. Humans will seek more vegetables, legumes, beans, and seeds as a source of protein.
